This website is information about our services. Engagements are governed by a separate written scope and agreement.
1. Who runs GrowFastStack
GrowFastStack is run by Kyly CST Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN 201942481M). Wherever these terms say "we", "us" or "GrowFastStack", that is the company you are dealing with, and the company that invoices you for any paid work. 2. This website
Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or employment advice, and it does not address any individual's circumstances.
3. Services
Any engagement begins only when a written scope and price are agreed by both parties. Until then, nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
4. Fees
Fees are fixed per phase and stated in the scope. Third-party software subscriptions are payable by the client unless the scope says otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
Outcomes depend on adoption. We require a decision-maker, visibility of how work is actually done, and reasonable availability during a build.
6. Limits
We provide general information and implementation services. We do not provide regulated advice of any kind, and we do not make decisions about individuals on a client's behalf.
7. If something goes wrong — the governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any engagement agreed in writing with us, have one governing law: the laws of Singapore. Any disagreement that cannot be settled between us is dealt with by the courts of Singapore, and no other court — that is the jurisdiction, and it applies wherever you happen to be reading this from.
