Services
Five things, in the order they usually pay back.
1. AI readiness audit
A structured review of how work actually flows through the business: who touches what, where the waiting happens, which tasks are repetitive, and which decisions are being made on incomplete information.
What you get: a prioritised list of candidates, each with an honest difficulty rating. Automated document handling and first-draft writing are usually easy. Anything requiring judgement about a person is usually not, and we will say so.
Typical duration: one to two weeks.
2. Workflow automation
Implementation of the repetitive processes the audit identified — quoting and proposals, client intake, scheduling and reminders, invoice chasing, report assembly, internal document search.
The test we apply: if a process runs five times a week and takes twenty minutes, that is roughly eighty hours a year. That is the number that decides whether automating it is worth doing.
3. Lead and customer operations
Most small businesses do not have a lead-generation problem. They have a follow-up problem. We map what happens to an enquiry from first contact to signed work, find where enquiries go quiet, and fix the sequence.
Usually includes: a single place where every enquiry lands, automatic acknowledgement, a structured follow-up sequence, and reporting that shows what actually converted.
4. Being findable in search and in AI answers
Two separate jobs, often confused:
- Search: the technical layer (speed, structure, metadata, schema) and the content that matches how people search for what you do.
- AI answers: whether assistants name you when a buyer asks. That depends on being described consistently across the web, publishing clear factual answers, and being the kind of source an assistant is willing to quote.
This is the service that is changing fastest, and it is the one where most small businesses currently have no presence at all.
5. Advisory retainer
For businesses already running automation: a monthly session and a standing line for questions, so decisions get made in days rather than deferred indefinitely.
How we price
Fixed fee per phase, agreed before work starts, so there are no open-ended commitments. The audit is the entry point and is deliberately the smallest commitment. Ask for current pricing — it depends on scope.
