This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising and uses no tracking. We collect personal information only when you choose to email us.
What we collect
If you email us, we hold your address and message in order to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
What we do not do
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising code, no tracking pixels.
- No sale or sharing of your information, ever.
- No marketing list you did not ask to join.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept as long as required for tax and contractual purposes. You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
Where your data is kept — and where it goes
GrowFastStack is run from Singapore by Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M), the company answerable for your data. No personal data of yours is held on a server in Singapore: the two services that touch anything you send us both work outside Singapore, and they were checked on 10 October 2026 rather than copied from a template.
- This website — Vercel (United States). The pages are served from Vercel's network and its standard server logs are kept there. The site itself stores nothing about you: no account, no form, no cookie.
- Our mailbox — Migadu (Switzerland). hello@growfaststack.com is a mailbox run by Migadu-Mail GmbH in Schachen, Switzerland. An email you send us sits on their servers until we read it and delete it.
That is the whole list — there is no analytics service, no advertising network and no customer database behind this site.
Because your message leaves Singapore, we handle it under section 26 of Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) — the transfer limitation obligation. In plain terms: we use only providers bound by enforceable data-protection terms, and we stay answerable for your data while they hold it.
Your consent to that transfer is the act of contacting us — emailing us is what tells us you want a reply, and the message is then carried and stored as described above. You can withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: one email to us, confirmed within one working day, and what we hold is deleted within seven. One honest limit — if you have become a client, an invoice and the records Singapore tax law requires us to keep cannot be deleted on request; the retention section above says which records and why.
