How we work
Four steps. Each one can end the engagement — that is deliberate.
Step 1 — Look
A working session with whoever actually does the work, not just the owner. We trace three things: where time is spent, where enquiries come from, and where they stop. Then we check the tools already in place, because most small businesses are paying for something they are not fully using.
Step 2 — Prioritise
You get a written list, ordered. Each item states what it is, what it would take, what it should save or earn, and what could go wrong. It is normal for the list to include items marked leave this alone — that is the point of writing it down.
Step 3 — Build
One item at a time, live, with your team using it. Each change gets judged on its own before the next one starts, so it is always clear what produced the result.
Step 4 — Hand over
Documentation your team can follow, and a clean removal path if a tool turns out not to fit. The goal is that you do not need us for the day-to-day.
What we will not do
- We will not automate a decision that affects a person. Hiring, discipline, credit and eligibility calls stay with a human — that is both a legal requirement in most cases and the correct answer.
- We will not claim results we cannot show. No projections dressed up as case studies.
- We will not sell a tool we have not used. Recommendations follow testing, not commissions.
- We will not start work without a defined end. Every phase has a finish line in writing.
What we need from you
One person who can make decisions, access to see how work is actually done, and about two hours a week during a build phase. Without the first, the project stalls; without the second, the audit is guesswork.
